No, a fleet vehicle is when a company buys a bunch of them. Like a rental car company or the government

Fleet vehicles are groups of automobiles with a single owner, typically a company or corporation, rather than an individual or family. Typical examples are the vehicles owned by a car rental company, the vehicles owned by a utility company, public buses, and the vehicles owned by a security or police department.

It’s when a company buys them for company cars or rental vehicles. They are generally beat on so stay away from them.

those are vehicles that are used for a company or a large corporation or even a small company that buys a lot of them at one time, they are listed as fleet vehicles because they was used constantly for service or have been issued to one company or one person who has a need for buying a large amount of vehicles at one time for commercial use, such as any business that does service or delivery work, good luck.
