I searched yahoo and even wrote to them but they recommended I join the Q A Forum which I have now done as we have a site shortly ebikebay.com dedicated worldwide to Electric Bikes and Vehicles Auction Sales etc .

There are electric bike auctions on eBay.
Yahoo auctions shut down in the US and Canada. See YA here:
