All payments were paid 2 days before they repossessed my vehicle. They gave me 12 days to come up with the money to get my vehicle from the repo place. Well on the 12th day I went to pick it up and the repo place told me Kia took my car and that it was out of their hands. Well I call Kia and they tell me my car is all the way in spokane (I live in Tacoma) at an auction house. So I was not able to get my vehicle nor the new stereo I put in it. I want to know can I fight this in court. All my payments were recent and I had the money to get my car and they took it 2 days before they were supposed to according to the paper document I received. If anyone can help It would be greatly appreciated.

<p
