if the vehicle is sold at auction, are you still responsible for the balance of the loan

You often see being auctioned or advertised in a grocery store, mall or usually the airport. How do they get the vehicle inside?

Also, one time there was a car on the 2nd or 3rd floor of a building. How does it get there, there’s no elevator in the building that it can possible fit into? I assume they remove some of the wall temporarily, left the car of by a crane of something and roll it down the hallway to where it goes. The hallway seems big enough for a car to roll through.

How do i tell whether my car was a rental cause i bought it at an auto auction. And does that have a negative effect on the resale of the vehicle. oh, by the way its a 2002 pontiac grand prix, if that helps at all

running a few carfax reports i see some vehicles sold as fleet vehicles in auctions. What does fleet mean? is it something bad?

Kia repossessed my vehicle for being behind payments. All payments were paid 2 days before they repossessed my vehicle. They gave me 12 days to come up with the money to get my vehicle from the repo place. Well on the 12th day I went to pick it up and the repo place told me Kia took my car and that it was out of their hands. Well I call Kia and they tell me my car is all the way in spokane (I live in Tacoma) at an auction house. So I was not able to get my vehicle nor the new stereo I put in it. I want to know can I fight this in court. All my payments were recent and I had the money to get my car and they took it 2 days before they were supposed to according to the paper document I received. If anyone can help It would be greatly appreciated.

I recently bought a used 2003 Chevy Impala from a dealership. After a week It started giving a problems…. I took it back so they could run a diagnostics on it and I noticed that the mechanic was inputing information that didnt apply to my vehicle…. So I thought If maybe there was somehow they could have change the motor/engine when they got the car from an auction

I am in the body repair industry. For side work, I look for vehicles that Auto Dealers may have taken in on trade recently with Hail Damage and repair them for resale. Usually I can find these vehicles in back of the dealership waiting to be sent to auction. However, they are few and far between. I am looking for an easier and more efficient way to locate Hail Damaged vehicles over a larger geographical area. You have to be a registered dealer to access online auction sites or to access their properties. Gotta be an easier way…
