BETTER GO GET A LAWYER AND MAYBE YOU CAN SUE THE TOWING COMPANY FOR THE PRIZE OF THE CAR AND SOME DAMAGES. RE YOUR CDL LICENSE IF YOU DID NOT VIOLATE ANY DRIVING LAWS THEN IT WILL NOT BE AFFECTED UNLESS IT A DWI, DUI THEN YOU HAVE A PROBLEM THEN BETTER GET A VERY, VERY GOOD LAWYER.
