1992 4Runner Question?

by admin on February 3, 2010

Hello,
I pulled the carfax report on the said vehicle (I know carfax does not cover everything out there) everything checked out but at the end of the report throughout the span of about 3 or 4 months the 4Runner was sold at auto auctions (2 different auctions) There were about 75 miles added to the car in between each auction post…

What does this mean? Does the used dealer have a certain amount of time to sell before it is put back to auction?

Here is a break down of what I explained earlier..(date, miles, and auction)

04/26/2007 152,235 Auto Auction

05/23/2007 152,275 Auto Auction

05/30/2007 152,346 Auto Auction

Listed as a dealer vehicle)

I am certainly getting this car thoroughly inspected, compression test, etc, etc. It is cosmetically pristine for a 92, so hopefully the rest checks out alright at the mechanic…

Thanks to all.

sounds like to old to get a loan on and to many miles to sell at a nice lot. has to be cash only most dealers dont keep high mile cars long i work at a nice used dealership part time
